Mr Chandrasen Sinha

Mr Sinha is a UK-trained Consultant Paediatric Surgeon who completed his specialist training in the London Deanery. He has worked at leading international institutions including St George’s Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, King’s College Hospital, Royal London Hospital, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, KEM Hospital (Mumbai), and IMS (Varanasi).

He has a special interest in Paediatric Urology, including:

  • Phimosis and circumcision
  • Inguinal hernia and hydrocele
  • Undescended testes (orchidopexy)
  • Testicular swellings and torsion
  • Bedwetting (enuresis)

His Paediatric Surgery expertise includes:

  • Tongue tie
  • Constipation and abdominal pain
  • Reflux and vomiting
  • Rectal bleeding and rectal prolapse
  • Umbilical and epigastric hernia
  • Ingrowing toenails
  • Lumps, cysts, abscesses and neck swellings

Mr Sinha has delivered over 50 international presentations, published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers, and authored 16 medical books, including the internationally recognised Handbook of Paediatric Surgery (Springer, London-New York).
