Our daughter was experiencing severe nausea and stomach pain, so we decided to visit Dr. Michael after reading some excellent reviews online. We’re so glad we did. He has an impressive depth of knowledge and took the time to create a clear, thoughtful plan to diagnose the issue, which gave us great reassurance.
What stood out even more was how approachable and supportive he is — always willing to help and easy to reach when needed. We feel very confident in his care and have already booked our next appointment. Highly recommended.
Dr Hii was calm, kind and efficient, listened to our concerns and asked thorough questions about background medical history. My child felt comfortable to speak with Dr Hii despite naturally being nervous given it was their first time at the clinic. We left with a very clear plan of action; scan and test forms in hand, plus prescriptions all sorted in advance depending on results and a follow-up with Dr Hii in 2 weeks' time.
The facility is ideal for children with a playroom, a TV area and plenty of off-road parking for the adults.

The wait time was very low, we didn't wait more than 5 minutes. The consultant asked lots of questions which was expected but he was not particularly friendly. Just very straightforward.
Our visit with Dr Hi was incredibly thorough. My son had been experiencing tummy aches for months, and despite multiple GP visits, we hadn’t been able to get to the bottom of it. From our very first appointment, Dr Hi carried out a detailed investigation and put together a clear care plan. He arranged allergy testing on the same day, along with prompt referrals for follow-up blood tests and an ultrasound. Dr Hi is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable—it really showed, and I felt completely in expert hands throughout. What really stood out was how listened to I felt. Rather than jumping to a quick conclusion, he took the time to explore all possible angles and rule things out properly to get to the root cause. My 8-year-old, who can struggle with anxiety, felt calm, relaxed, and even happy to return for our follow-up, which says a lot about the care and environment. The centre itself is lovely, and overall our experience has been brilliant.

However, when I met with doctor Hii, he immediately recognised the issue and understood me perfectly, helping me get the treatment I needed. It is very clear that doctor Hii has a deep understanding of his medical discipline and he cares for his patients by giving them the best help they can get. He not only provides the best treatment and recommendations in the appointments but he also follows through with the progress of my health, answers any questions I have, and helps me with any adjustments necessary. I am incredibly grateful for Dr Hii and the help he has given me in this difficult time.

Very thorough and knowledgeable and found solutions to help my child’s medical problem. Before the referral, we’d spent a long time trying to get effective help, so it was a bit of a breath of fresh air for the pain to be taken seriously and resolved quickly.

Dr Hii has really helped us with our son and his allergies, reflux issues. We’ve been fortunate to get quick appointments and a good treatment plan which is going well.
Dr Hii is a very patient and caring doctor. My son has autism and is usually very anxious when meeting strangers, especially in medical settings. To our surprise, he felt calm and comfortable with Dr Hii.

We are so happy that we have been put in touch with Dr Hii. The whole experience has been amazing. As parents we felt totally listened to and finally got some real support in helping our son with his long term health issue. We got our appointment super quickly and all the follow up treatment booked in for convenient quick times. Dr Hii was really kind to both us and our son. We are looking forward to returning for further treatment.
The doctor is very professional and kind. He listened carefully to my son and showed real understanding. He explained the situation very clearly and took action immediately—something that many other doctors and GPs at other practices haven’t done in over a year, despite my child having ongoing symptoms and us actively searching for someone who understands the problem. We also had some follow-up questions after our visit, and Dr. Hii kindly addressed them over the phone. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Paediatric Healthcare.
